For some reason you can't just drag and drop files into Program Files (x86) as you notice drag the file out of that directory onto the desktop FIRST then it would launch the game. After you do that THEN you can copy and paste the Maxis folder into that directory. Reader be warned DON'T put the Maxis folder into the Program(x86) folder put it on your desktop or you won't be able to drag and drop the file into your sims folder.

I am now downloading the old version of the Complete Collection. But it responds to ALT+F4 to exit to desktop. No maps are displayed and no texts on the Option menu. The exe in the MR DJ launches normally but only shows a limited number of maps, while the exe in The Sims 3 Complete Collection folder has an issue with UI after launching.
